Another sunset shot of Taganga (unfortunately I can’t take credit for this one: taken by Felicia) - we booked our trip to Ciudad Perdida a 5 day trek for the following day & headed out for food & beers.
When we returned from Tyrona our Hostel in Santa Marta was full and so it made sense to make a move, we’d heard various reports about Taganga some good, some bad so thought we’d check it out.
Taganga is a small fishing village that has been siezed by the international backpackers union…. as a result bars, restaurants, diveschools & discos have opened up and it proves a resting place pre/post treck to Ciudad Perdida.
